Refunds

Almost immediately after your order is placed, our design team begins their creative process to reimagine your home. Because of this, we typically do not allow for refunds. That said, should you desire a refund within the first 24 hours of purchase, please contact us to inquire further. If the work has not begun, we are able to refund our customers (subject to a processing fee withholding of ~$30).
