Working from our client’s existing photo, FADE Group upgraded the exterior of this home located in Long Beach Island, New Jersey focusing on enhancing the details that make beachfront living truly enchanting. The existing railings were transformed into elegant, modern horizontal cables to provide a sightly accent. The spiral staircase, a key architectural feature in itself, was updated in the design. Furthermore, we breathed new life into the infinity pool by repainting its waterfall.
One of the key elements of this project was preserving the natural essence of the location. The sand backyard was retained and celebrated, providing a soft, organic contrast to the home’s vibrant light blue hues and white trim. Through our 3D rendering, Fade Group successfully redefined this beachfront home. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to enhancing existing spaces, transforming them into timeless havens where beauty meets functionality.
Our Client located in Arizona sought to modernize exterior elements to their home without losing its classic Spanish Ranch style. We strategized a contemporary approach to the front entry and landscaping elements. Swaps to paint, cladding, lighting, garage doors, feature entry door, and various architectural details enhanced the home appeal and value, without requiring substantial construction modifications.
