Fade Group is an exterior design and consulting company that specializes in reimagining your home through 3D hyper-realistic renderings. We help take your idea of a home renovation from planning and design through to execution, with guidance and consultation along the way to ensure a headache-less process for our clients.

2. Upload a Photo or Blueprint of your home
3. Our Visualization Team gets to work creating your 3D, photorealistic rendering
4. We deliver the first iteration to you, allowing for feedback and good faith revisions
5. Final delivery of your rendering along with a materiality list of all materials used in the rendering and our homeowner guides!

Our goal is to ensure all of our customers have their voice heard. One of the major problems we solve is that many don’t know where to begin when it comes to redesigning a home, but should you have preferences we are happy to incorporate that into our design. Our rendering questionnaire allows you to outline what you are envisioning for your home, and the call we offer with our design team further ensures we deliver exactly what you are looking for!

We ensure our customers the rendering within 15 business days from completion of the questionnaire and submission of your home photo. If you request changes, we will deliver your final rendering within 3-5 business days after feedback is provided.

We ask that you take a landscape photo of your home directly from the front or rear (not on any angle). The higher the resolution the better, as it allows our design team to see the more granular details of your home. We recommend the photo be taken during the day. If you’d like to submit more than one photo for perspective you are welcome to.

We provide a material list and links to the respective vendors, allowing you to know exactly what is being used in your rendering.

Absolutely! We come from the world of real estate development and can turn your blueprints and elevations into a hyper-realistic rendering.

We offer construction consultant and project management services by request. Our roots are in institutional real estate investing and development. As such, we do take project consulting contracts on from time to time based on scope and size of the project. To discuss, give us a call at 305-762-9167.
